How old is it? Why it was built? Who built it? - These questions remain. But we wanted to think that early days, maybe 60-100 years ago this hut was a shelter for hunters and travellers alike. There might have been a network of paths and routes in the taiga, some of them still visible. Mostly people have moved along waterways but they may also have crossed these highlands between big rivers hunting and trading. And the Taiga, now almost empty from humans, hosted them more often.
